Stan Gerson is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Vice President of Beitler Commercial Realty Services in Sherman Oaks, California. Stan began his real estate career in 1980. He has been personally responsible for over five hundred million dollars is transactions with the number of completed deals averages 65 per year. This volume puts him in the forefront of most other brokers in Southern California. His experience is in sales and leasing of all commercial properties. This includes office, industrial, retail and land. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Stan was an owner of IPC Commercial Real Estate Company in San Diego, California. In addition to personally being involved in day to day transactions, he ran a fourteen – man office and trained many successful commercial agents in all areas of real estate. Before entering real estate, Stan was an owner and operator of a twelve-store retail chain in Southern California and Arizona, and President of Gerco, Inc., a Real Estate development subsidiary of his multi-million dollar retail business. Stan spent his earlier years with Bristol Meyers and Calgon Corporations in national sales and marketing. He holds a degree in Marketing and Economics.
