Arthur Minassian is a licensed real estate professional at Beitler Commercial Realty Services in Sherman Oaks, CA. In only a few short years, Art has become a dynamic team leader and an integral part of the Beitler organization. With over $80 mil in sales transactions, and $22 mil in lease transactions since Art began his career at Beitler in May 2016, Art has been recognized by the Beitler organization as Beitler’s most outstanding “Young Agent of the Year”.Art started his commercial real estate career as the marketing director for Beitler Commercial Realty Services. Almost immediately, the company recognized an unusual talent in Art, and advanced him into the world of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.Prior to Beitler, Art excelled at his duties working for a general contractor on public works projects, including having to deal with issues pertaining to zoning, licensing, permit approval, and title restrictions. Art regularly met with city officials, and building owners to bridge the gap between local government, and small business.Art graduated with honors from the California State University of Northridge with Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing and Economics.Art is a member in good standing of the American Industrial Real Estate Association, and is active in community organizations including the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce, The Armenian General Benevolent Union of Young Professionals, and The Armenian Professional Society. Interests include basketball, football, hiking, and travel. Art loves to cook, and is in his free time, he creates unique and different cuisine masterpieces.To fulfill Art’s quest for adventure, one of his goals is to travel through Western Europe. Art enjoys the historical elements of travel, coupled with exploring new cultures, cuisines, languages, and different lifestyles.
