Joshua Gerson brings over 22 years of commercial real estate experience to Beitler. A third generation of Los Angeles as well as a third generation in commercial real estate, he has intimate knowledge of the industry, city and surrounds. With a main focus on Office/Retail/Industrial sales and leasing, he averages a transaction per week since 1996. He currently resides in Marina del Rey with his wife and four children, is active in his community, coaches soccer, and mentors inner city youth and veterans in the sport of ocean fishing.
