BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Stan's illustrious career began in 1980, and since then, he has personally facilitated over five hundred million dollars in transactions, averaging 65 deals per year. His remarkable volume places him at the forefront of brokers in Southern California. Prior to his tenure at Beitler, Stan was an owner of IPC Commercial Real Estate Company in San Diego, where he not only managed day-to-day transactions but also led a fourteen-man office and mentored numerous successful commercial agents. Before entering real estate, Stan demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit as the owner and operator of a twelve-store retail chain in Southern California and Arizona. Additionally, he served as President of Gerco, Inc., a real estate development subsidiary of his multimillion-dollar retail business. Stan's early professional endeavors included roles with Bristol Meyers and Calgon Corporations in national sales and marketing.
